For Lei-Fang, you need to be prepared to do lots of parries. Like ALOT of parries. Rachel is no longer miss "broken" but she still is straightforward to use.

No, she had DOA5 Vanilla okizeme while everyone else's has changed, and players didn't realize this. Infact, most players STILL haven't realized this. This is not broken or OP, as there isn't anything of that nature in DOA5U. Things changed and players refuse to figure out what's new or different.
