Future CAS DLC

Namco has been releasing a bunch of new CAS DLC recently, and if you look at the DLC files there's an updated list of thumbnails which gives a hint of what future DLC may contain. I'll make sure the first post in this topic is updated with new thumbnails as new DLC is released.

This thread ought be stickied like balls to metaphors I'm tired just sticky the thread.

Namco should do a character model DLC for the older characters, such as NM/Ivy/Aeon/Sieg, etc and make them have the properties of the 1P/2P models. That'd be fucking badass. Probably the best DLC...if it were to ever come true.

Most items there are decent I admit, I just wish there was a balance on modern clothing... as I see there is just too much for my taste.. I mean if this was Tekken then I'd have no argument but It isnt. The mode doesn't haveto be entirely silly just because most people who use it have no creative sense of historical imagination.. but still a lot better then SC4's total things.
I just think they need Amy's clothes and hair back... I would have thought they would be the first thing they would add considering the controversy. they ARE technically CAS materials.

But I want more voices, not likely but at least the Animal sounds from Inferno/Skeleton Warriors used in SC4. It only fits if you're going to use the Lizardman/King's head. Would it be possible that they could recycle the voices from the old games? like rename the audio files as different emotions from SC4 or SC3 and add them in?

PS - If Asuka's clothing is here... shouldnt her hair be too? I mean.... why not...? Same with devil jin. His hair was in SC3 credible reference.

If you factor in that a lot of those clothing come from character 1P and 2Ps and that a number of these clothes are unisex, there isn't a tremendous imbalance. Besides, there's nothing silly about including modern looking clothing in a character creation feature just because of the timeline of the story.

I don't think it's necessary to think that people who make modern characters have "no creative sense of historical imagination." Believe or not, it's actually far more difficult to make a proper looking modern character than to make a historical/fantasy character. It's much easier to make the latter, when you consider the setting of the game and what's given in CaS. Most of the users on this site make those kinds of characters. Except for me and maybe vincentrayne, there's only a handful of other users who make modern characters on here and actually make them look good/unique.

More voices are welcomed (a number minor of features are missing from this mode imo), but SCV actually has more voices than SCIV did. SCIV had about 12 and SCV is somewhere around 16 amoung both genders. I hope that they import some of the voices from SCIV over. SCBD did this, but it wasn't very successful, because the audio quality of the voices weren't very good. As far as characters go, I agree that characters like Amy, Zas, Yun Seong, Sophitia, Setuka, and Cassandra should have their outfits and hair made as dlc, considering that none of them are in this game (they're doing that with Seong mina, Talim, and Rock anyway).

PS: SCBD also had a miko priestess ponytail. I was very bummed out that they decided not to use it again :P

While there are more voice options than in SC4, there isn't much variety. At least with female voices.
If they could bring back the voices from SC4, that would be nice.
Well, some of them, at least. We can do without Yuri Lowenthal's voice.

Speaking of voices, why not finally give us the Inferno/Skeleton voice?

As Wandrian says, I mean more of him.
I'm fine with his voice in general, but his CaS voice's personality is rather similar to Patroklos' minus the douchebagness. It would just be way too much "JUSTICE" in one game ._.

(sigh) though they're only the miscellaneous 2nd player outfits that didn't even look like it belonged to them. I mean the Cat outfit looks like PURE CAS missmatch pieces and would even more if I didn't know they were talim's. The P1 outfits were their defined look.

Excluding Rock's Rhino-Hat of course.
