This dawned on me recently but I think it maybe the case not just for my thought but for others as well.
Since the announcing of Soul Calibur 5 Nintendo has mentioned the release of a new Smash Bros. I then realized that every time a Soul Calibur game was introduced a Smash Bros. was introduced.
And I was just thinking....do game companies release games in correlation to other games for means of profit? I know certain companies will play on the nostalgia of others for gaming profit, but do they go over the branch and do it also?
Have you guys noticed any other companies that have done this? Discuss...
