I had this idea for a while... Thanks @Marginal for talking what vehicles Soul characters would drive.

In Soul Edge, there's a bonus ending for Mitsu where you get to fight a guy using an outdated rifle. One shot and you lose, plus no continues.
So at range Mitsu would be a goner.

Here's a picture of Maxi with modern technology though, he looks quite happy.

Taki would be unaffected to weapons thanks to her stealth, ninja magic, and other certain assets.
 
I imagine that Asraroth would have an arm that wielded an tree mulcher instead of an axe.

Algol. Probably be those business kingpin men day, a gang leader like dude at night.
Yoshimitsu. See Tekken Yoshimitsu.
Patroklos. Would utilize technology to protect and stalk his sister wherever she goes.
Tira. Would monitor Pyrrha and other suitable hosts via technology.
ZWEI. Would be in the garage or some sort tuning up EIN.
Cervantes. Would terrify the seas as a pirate with the best technology.
Ivy. Would be a genius alchemist with modern technology.
Mitsurugi. Would utilize the media to find the most worthy opponents. He'd also be a farmer.
Pyrrha. Would be monitored by Patroklos and Tira on whatever she does in life.
Leixia. See every young and naive lady with a Facebook lifestyle.
Natsu. See Ibuki from Street Fighter lifestyle.
Viola/Amy. Fortune teller in modern times that wanders?
Dampierre. Would scam to get wealth and fame via technology.
Raphael. Aristocrat in modern times utilizing technology to better his life with Amy/Viola.
Maxi. A typical bachelor.
Edgemaster. Would own a dojo complete with the best training materials.
Kilik. Helps out Edgemaster at his dojo while making his own.
Xiba. Food is all he cares about, but he also gets training at a dojo.
Elysium. Would be a tyrant and abuse technology.
Nightmare. A modernized Graf Dumas who is like Algol's lifestyle.
Siegfried. Would use technology to sniff out Nightmare and other bad guys.
Hilde. She'd use technology to rebuild her kingdom.
Astaroth. See Jacks of Tekken and think mass production models of Asty.
Voldo. He'd use technology to ensure Soul Edge was guarded.
Lizardman/Aeon. Would eat anything "holy" to regain what he lost. Technology would just help him eat popes, bishops, etc.
