alright, i know its not exactly cool to like Van Damme anymore. with straight to home video releases like Hard Corps, Second in Command, and The Shepherd, he isnt really giving you an incentive to ride with him again.
then comes JCVD, where ol jean claude plays himself and gives a great honest perfomance. now as far as black comedies its not the greatest but his 5 minute monologue touched me in my heart and thats hard to do. i have never left van damme alone not even through double team and knock offs coke era but for some of who stopped messing with him, i would ask that you give this a try. the man has given us bloodsport, kickboxer and cyborg. you owe him another shot. atleast he is no longer responsible for the worst street fighter film.
