T6 Notations Video Tutorial?

I've hunted high and low for a simplified tutorial regarding notations for T6, with no luck.

I've noticed that IdleMind has done one for SC4, was just wondering if anyone knew of where I could find one for T6?

I've tried TZ :( no luck so far,
8WR seems to be alot friendlier than TZ so this is why I posted it here too...

No luck on TZ? That makes no damn sense.

Basically they use 2d notation for directional input (f,b,d,u,u/f,d/f,d/b,u/b) and LP = 1 RP = 2 LK = 3 RK = 4.

oh really, that simple? so like, f = forward, b = back, u/f = up and forward etc?
