Tech Catch Window is 6 frames

6F is huge. For reference, the Tech catch window in T5.0 was 2F.

Also remember that some/many moves have multiple active hit frames, and so it doesn't become too hard to line up a hit with the tech-catch window.

This was tested with CPU set to roll left/right/front/back. Window did not appear to differ, although I remember that it did whiff for left/right at the first frame post tech-roll.
