That's an exaggeration. Both of them are ninjas, both have blonde hair, bright outfits, similar personalities,they both have demons sealed inside of them and are treated horribly by everyone expect their master.

bro, you are REACHING to make those similarities lol. everyone in question is a ninja so that's not a point. naruto has bright pale blonde hair. Natsu's hair is dirty blonde bordering into brunette. (i would know because I have 3 siblings with similar hair. either way, a hair color is a hair color. hardly makes people similar) bright orange and a mudded red are two different things. Taki's outfit stands out more than Natsu's in terms of color alone. And that applies to all of Taki's outfits. She has blood red, white, and christmas green for crying out loud lol! and i don't think Natsu is treated horribly. and natsu's personality is almost opposite of naruto's. the only thing they have in common is the demon seal thing.
