The second one looks more like the original, but they are both awesome looking. I would the second one is the better one IMO. Thank you very much. Btw, His name is Merklich. He is the main character in a old ps2 game called Growlanser VI. Blame the wacky designs on Satoshi Urushihara. All of his character look different, but awesome IMO.
 
@Blacklink20......didn't say of you still wanted the formula, but this CAS is pretty basic.....Cloth surcoat, Sea King Gambeson, adn short latex boots plus turtle shell, scroll, and helmet ornament horns.....only Pattern is basic 17...stickers (all on surcoat) are "1" rotated 90 degrees, and three blue pocket stickers (all by axis, one on hip, two on upper body, first one flipped vertically) if you don't have dlc, you can replace the gambeson with the rubber suit, but you can't quite get the red color (it will be more of a pink)

only trick is to size/position the pocket button over the eyeball
 
Not sure if anyone would be able to do this, but can I have Aubrey from Dance Central in her DCI outfit? (Well, any outfit but her 70's outfit would be okay.) Here's some pics.

Anyone want to give a shot at Hotsuma from the old Shinobi game? Might have to google him to get better pictures from more angles, but this gets it decently.

In game, the scarf is just as long and fluid as it looks. Not sure if there's any way to accurately recreate that, but I've seen incredible things done in CaS. Massive thanks to anyone willing to attempt this one.

I like Hotsuma too, but there's not much point for me to do it when @EnduringSoul has already done a great Hotsuma (and Nightshade too) that i doubt i could beat...check it out here: http://8wayrun.com/threads/enduringsoul-cas-gallery.14227/page-4#post-566373

I tried this as an Ivy 3P, but her official is way too zaftig ...........the puffball neck item disappears into her cleavage/chest and her hips .....well, I wasn't satisfied with the result so I'm working on a CAS instead that I can manipulate the proportions and get closer to the illustration

You know for some reason I find this art of Ivy the one she looks most beautiful, her face looks softer and prettier and hr body looks really good.
