    Just bought Soul Calibur 4 for the PS3 due to various reasons (pre-SCV nostalgia)... Is there still an online community in that game?

    Ugh, when will I become better :/ I've played so much, yet still feel I haven't grown as a player. Any tips for becoming better at SCV?

    Oh yeah man just keep playing the game I use to suck really bad when i started in sc4, but then the more I played ppl I kept recognizing there move's and style patterns

    You don't give a feel for where you are in the game. Do you play one character or multiples? Do you try to master your characters' combos and find ways to make openings for them? Have you looked at your videos and tried to see why you lost--dropped/nonexistent combos, giving up initiative or simply doing the wrong move, hitting too many buttons and eating counter-hits, etc?

    The best way you improve is to find one flaw in your play, and then practice it away. Repeat as necessary, keeping in mind that some things may require time to erase/fix and you'll want to work them along with others into a practice routine. And there's only so fast or much you can improve with just play -- you want to spend some time working in practice mode on execution/training your reflexes, too!

    Yes, I think Voldo no longer can crouch and avoid Ivy and Astaroth's CE grabs while BT.
