Hmm; I do hear alot about it that ppl can get fat no matter what they do. Unlike me, I do work out, weights only, though, wasn't too fond of yoga, running, & other mental exercises. Unless I was playing a sport.... Nvm. Sorry to go off topic. This threads not about metabolism & body shape.
