Nope, that Nami is spot on. She has the proper shoulder tattoo (from what I can see of it) as well as the proper pants and bikini top is only slightly off, and she changes that a few times. Not to mention the log pose on her wrist so yeah it is a proper cosplay.

Avengers was definitely a fail, though I think that kind of reaction to the Joker chick was probably what she was going for.
