I think if you're going to dress up as a character you should at least try to make yourself canonically recognizable.
Besides, Afro is not an available customization option for Shepard.
Sorry morrow... I just... I just hate the look of this guy. Either someone needs to hold him down and force him to shave or he should come to cons as Shaggy.
