It's not normal hit combo the guy just didn't block at all. If it was a combo it would have "2 hits" in red pop up under nightmare's lifebar.

I don't know what that move was either but he got hit out early in the animation so there's no way to tell what kinda move he was doing.
It used to auto combine so I'm not used to it anymore.
Looks like what I assume is the new 44A. You can see the move in one of the earlier vids here at 8:41. Looks mid.Also from the Pat video, is that a new move at 0:48 seconds? Looks like a sweeping low.
I'm just glad Nightmare has some better tools to deal with pressure. Hopefully it'll lead to some more balanced matchups.
you mean the CE? cause I haven't seen anything else to help him deal with pressure besides that
I've never understood the "Clean Hit" property, though I'm sure we could find the answer by looking around what the people here have already discussed/confirmed elsewhere in the forums.
I'd throw out 66B+K for wall setups. Something like 11K (blocked) > 66B+K, because some people try to grab for reverse wall splat. It's nice 'cause you get a wall splat of your own. On a related note, I'm really quite sad now that the ground stun from 44BB is gone.
On another note, SCV needs to come out already.
