I would go even a step further and say those people are plain stupid. Natsu is a very strong char.

 

I don't think people who actually play this game ever doubted how strong she was. Don't listen to forum scrubs.

Natsu!

 

Natsu is a great character. Excellent speed, frames, movement, mixups, and strength. Anyone that thinks that she isn't good anymore or isn't tournament viable obviously never graduated past beating on scrubs. She just takes quite a bit of work to master. Thanks for this Soulcast kAb.

Natsu is the 3rd strongest female, and the 7th strongest character overall (after mitsu, viola, omega, alpha, nightmare and cervantes) imo

 

I tested the TC on 66B and 22A, they are 6~ and 3-16(after the sidestep) respectively.

What about Pyrrha? Unless you're talking about sheer damage output.
