If you do nothing and guard/bait out A+K you get a free 3B afterwards or iGDR or a throw attempt. You all assume Cerv can only do BT B+K or a throw. He can b2 your 8 K or 2 A you..

Damp's 6B BE is a high into sneeze. The sneeze may not even come out either. If you get lucky and it does come out right away, the most damage you can get is 24 damage(I believe). That would make it the most useless attack in the game.

Yeah but only if you don't hit them with the 6B and you get extremely lucky and the UB comes out immediately. Even if you do get that lucky, the most guaranteed damage you can get is 64 (B+K. B!E! 4B, 65 with 1 Clean Hit). B+K. 623B. B!E! is character specific, and B+K. A+B. B!E! 4B only does 75.
