I myself didn't make it this time around for the simple fact of being up for well over a 24 hr time period of poker/SC4/sessions..and if i was going to make it, i would have had to have left home to get in Framingham at 8am..which GU doesn't even open the doors until 10:30/11am and that would have tact on another 5-6 hrs of no sleep..so yea wasn't happening for me...

glad to see others still made it..i wish i had..i have atm a 2 man hit on my list of "hits" that needs to be taken care of....and they will be.

so who ran the brackets this time around?
 
The entire finals are up on youtube.... I intend on always doing this for all our tournaments....

KDZ talks the most crap I've heard in a long time on this.... I really wish he wouldn't swear on our videos... it makes our community look bad. (lol edited from like crap)

 
Swearing doesn't really make the community look like crap. Any high-action competitive activity will have the same thing.

Swearing during the matches isn't what I'm talking about. (I swear while playing too lol) Although in our store it needs to tone down...

Don't get me wrong I like KDZ a lot and respect him but I can't even post up our tournament files on my store's site because he sat next to the camera doing "commentary"... it was funny as hell but inappropriate if we want to grow the main stream appeal of competitive gaming.

(BTW I'm not saying that our store's tournaments are run pro but we are taking leaps and bounds at this in other categories that will watch our videos for Soul Calibur as well...)

I may just dub over music eventually but I don't have time for it... I just thought that the SC Community would want the most people getting hyped for the tournaments at GU. If it's NSFW it limits where I can post the videos.

The more exposure I can provide... the more competitors that will come.

lol you don't need to wear a suit but you do have to respect that there are kids at the venue during matches...
