The rising kick of Tira's puts you at the perfect distance to miss the 3rd hit of her CE. Then it's just 1 step back and 1 step towards the camera. This is a hard one to JG.
Easiest way I know of is to just JG the last few hits of the CE then grab her out of the final hit. Works for all characters, no tricky timing involved.
