That's weird, every time I try it the opponent ukemis and low guards the 1A no matter how fast i do it. Is there a trick to this or I just suck?
Edit: never mind, I have no idea what i'm blabbering about, I had in mind the 1A after the GS K BE. Failzaurus.
Thanks a lot for the answers. Of course, now i see it, the normal 236B does not knock down, that's a BE knockdown right there without the meter. Ouchies....if you learn to do it consistently it means you can just to it each time in combos to extend them, without even using meter. Nasty.
I read somewhere that 1aK on midair oponent(just hit, no attack throw) comboes guaranteed in GS K BE? Is this 100% guaranteed? Thanks.

People complaining about NM having the highest damage of the cast obviously haven't been on the receiving end of Mitsu's 3B 236B BE 66A+B which does 153 dmg on tech trap and 116 otherwise. Also they haven't received a 3BKK CH from Xiba. This list could go on and on...
