Awesome. I knew BB tracked and it's one of his favorite moves, I'll try that as I was blocking BB and he was taking full advantage of all of his nifty lows.

Agreed. Tiers, to me, have always been a polite suggestion, not raw fact. It has more to do with the skill of the player and how well "linked" he is with his character and not how great that character is.
