You never know what might happen. Although to be honest, it's quite unlikely I'll ever start playing again with the dedication I had before.
Oh, and that dude Maxi-mum was a chump. . .
[Northern California] Come & Ride the Mantis C
What up people. Some of you may remember me from back in the day with SC2.
I'm up in NorCal but I haven't started playing SC4 yet. If I'm looking to get back in the scene, who is on the peninsula?

Firstly, I've always used this alias. It's never been anything else.
Secondly, just because RO B didn't track as well as SC1 RO B doesn't mean that it didn't track well. It did, and even if you whiffed you could input the rest of the string and move past your opponent. But...
No, Rekano answered it. I was referring to the elbows. That SUCKS now that you can only do it out of stance. Does his 2_8 A+K actually step things now? That would make it still somewhat useful.
In SC2 you could do 4BA and on block have decent chance at a throw/mid mixup. Is that still viable? The only person it didn't work on back then was Talim. She had that WR B move that owned anything Maxi did. What is the block-stun like on LO A in SC4? Is there a listing somewhere of the...
Well I'm way out of practice, and I don't know the game at all. If I do start playing, it'll take some time before I can make any judgements on that. People thought SC2 maxi had nothing for a while before I found how to apply 33B. It just takes some creative thinking.
I don't agree with one point in this. RO B was an amazing move as far as tracking was concerned. It tracked, stepped, did good damage, had good knockback, and on hit or block it could flow into more offense.
Other than that, yes, he was a bit linear, but there were ways to condition your...
On the CaliburForums, there were some links to vids of Maxi's movelist. Unfortunately those links are broken. Does anyone know where I can find those vids?
Having never played SC4, I really don't know which one is better. I wouldn't feel qualified to make that determination without at least 50 or 100 hours of playtime.
Is Margy still around? He'd probably be able to tell you.
