It's just a guess, actually WuHT's previous post covered a broad range of scenarios, and all of them are possible in principle.

I find this update confusing without further details. It could even be a nerf in the end, it's not clear at all.

I think Prep K alone does 10 less damage, but the second hit using BE does 10 more, so total damage has not changed.
