[Jan 18, 2013] [SCR] SoCal Regionals 2013 (Irvine, California)

Nice, the more the better. All I really want is to play well, get a decent place and most importantly, get more tourney exp. Nerves have been the bane of my existence and I'm hoping to get to more tournaments after scr to help get over all that.
 
Okay, so to get this straight...

FT5 25$ Vs EXITWOUNDS
FT5/10 20/50$ Vs Zane
FT5 5$ Vs Juece

And Teams, 2V2 VS Zane and Exit?
 
Also, I'm sure everyone's figured it out, but to clarify-
IAdoreBunnies is iPlayzOnlineSon.

So, now that that's resolved, back to AlexJ smashing SoCal.

Concerning me, its right except for teams. What im aiming for is something similiar NEC. What I know for sure is Me IPOS (Bunnies) and Zane all want to be part of a team. Zane is wanting a friend of his to join and I also have sent a few PM's to people I know that id like to join. I was thinking more like a 5 vs 5 or 6 vs 6

5v5 would be pretty tight.

Agreed, I'm Assuming you and Xeph going to be on 1 team so that would leave 3 open slots. I have 2 open and ill probably know within the next day who the 5 will be. Then we can discuss terms and what (if anything) is at stake.

I'm sure everyone would be cool with 10$ per person. I'd be cool with 20 per but Im sure some people are going to say no.
Say people are not even down for 10 per, I say we still have atleast a 4vs4 team tourney for bragging rights and amusement

To all those who are interested in the team tournament. I'm going to throw out some potential guidelines for it-

Entree Fee: 20$ or 10$? PER PERSON?
Teams: 3v3/5v5?
One character style restrictions? (as in, only one pyrrha can be on that team.)
Winning team takes all?

$20 buy in is a must and winning team takes all.
 
I personally want 20$ buy in per, and winner takes all as well. I'm also inclined to 5V5's since I have already assembled my team. Guess the real question is what are the stakes.

However, that 20$ looks too steep. I think if we were to do 20$ buy in, we can do FT2's, and not ft1's.

do we know the tourney start time? cuz i prob wont get to the venue till 3pm PST..theres a huge possibility i may miss everything lol
