Random garbage about Clean Hits

I did some tests a while back to zero in on actual Clean hit frequencies since "A, B, C rank" by themselves doesn't really say much. Elysium-Omega's clean hit ranks were also mostly undocumented, so I went out of my way to test those to compare rates with other moves that have known ranks.

These were the results with 200 attempts with each move listed:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0At3fJgplpI15dGNUaElPcy02WjF4Zm1UXzlnSGxucFE&usp=sharing

Moves with Clean Hit "A" rank did so very close to 25% of the time.
Moves with Clean Hit "B" rank did so close to 12.5% of the time.
Moves with Clean Hit "C" rank seemed to clean hit about 8.5% of the time. The low frequency of this rank didn't really make a round, conclusive figure when comparing multiple C rate moves.

Random thoughts include:
A move being buffed from C clean hit rate to B does just about jack, particularly in regards to Summon Suffering.
This explains why Legendary Souls Elysium is so brutal in particular with her perfect stab ATs in addition to the outright increased base damage.
This was all done in Training mode, but despite the repeated move spam I did not notice any decrease of Clean Hit frequency over time, as some say it does in matches when Clean hit moves are used repeatedly. This is visible in the table.

That is a lot work, and it's appreciated. The info on clean hits is sparse. I've looked around before and found nothing useful. Couldn't even figure out how the ranks were determined.
