My one says Pre Order and they have charged me correctly as far as my statement goes. I chose incorrect shipping so I had to email them too. They did'nt reply to the first mail. Mail them again bcos they replied to my second msg.

Check your card payment address it has to be exactly the same as your delivery address. A lot of online retailers have issues with this. Hope you get sorted, we can be the early brids ;)
