it's an anime called Kare Kano (His or Her Circumstances). an anime about two people that have this facade in public about being model people and despite thinking at first that they are two completely different people have many similarities that end up bringing them together. it's a romance comedy. i read all the mangas but haven't watched all of the anime yet. but the signature is from the 3rd episode i think.
