He whiffs quite often and drops combos because of retarded hitboxes. Try doing FC2B+G, W!, B+K, SCH B, CE I bet the CE will go right through the person 1/3rd of the time. SCH B whiffing is the least of his problems... look at the bugs thread, you'll get a small taste of the whiffs.

@Un-Truth: His CE is only useful as a costly combo ender and a whiff punisher in rare situations. Also if I'm going to GB I would just GB with (B) so I can do SBH B, 44(B), SBH kBE for 110 damage instead of 94 and for half the cost of CE. The CE is only useful for tacking on 20 extra damage in clutch situations.
