Imo from easiest to most difficult: Raphael, Voldo, Yoshi.
Keep in mind though that ease of use those not represent how easy it is to win with said char. Yoshi is actually fairly easy to play once you are able to execute his moves/combos, while winning with raph definitely is challenging.
In essence, a character's difficulty shouldn't matter. If you have a genuine affinity for that character, it should encourage you to learn them through and through regardless of their dificulty :)

ahhhhhh! I say raphael..um voldo and yoshi hell no their really hard to get use too at first...my zwei friend darkwings is right raph is harder to win with, but I say it's harder to execute and utilize stances with yoshi and voldo...
Yes voldo is a good choice. No idea why people think he is hard to play, i think he is pretty easy to play. But maybe its because of me playing sieg, another stance heavy char.

Hey chaos umm do U know all of siggy's just frames in sc5? only one I know is ag:a
Well its not useless. Its technically the same as his 1A but its around 10 frames slower (no i am not kidding) but has better frames on block/hit. Its JF window is pretty generous though, not that hard.

I would go with voldo.
