Well, don't you think perhaps a lack of matchup knowledge may have contributed to the untimely success? Also, player skill and mindset (he instilled fear in them you could tell) had a big role to play. It doesn't necessarily make Tira good. But the player was good enough to make her work. Tiers mean something, but they don't tell you that low tiers can't beat out everyone else. It's just overall potential.
