Gloomy!

Gotta be gloomy. The only moves that are really good that are jolly exclusives are here kicks are better. Gloomy has 2A+B and 4B-B-B though.

I was also gonna say Gloomy. But Jolly has some good pokes. Not a lot of combo damage though.

I might have to go with Jolly. My thoughts would be if Tira were in Gloomy, she'd go psycho berserk and would be slowly chipping away at her own health, while Jolly would keep up a good defense and poke Gloomy every now and then. But anyways, I'd prefer a one night stand with Viola.
