The timing is as follows....
you should be canceling the 2b+k BE when the orb just barely touches and OTGS the opponent
the 66a should be buffered immediately as soon as you hear Fear/soko
if the 66a is giving you troubles you can substitute it with B, overall youll get 10-20 less dmg depending on how many you do

1st. you are to slow
(btw i use controller)
2nd. your SCV is not updated, since in patch violas 66b recovery was reduced allowing for 66a+b to combo after(i doubt this is the problem)
so im just gana assume you are pressing 66a+b to late
for the 66a its a combination of 2 factors, first being how soon u cancel 2b+k BE with 6B+K and the second is when you buffer 66a
