I would say Cervantes. He has many more perks available to help him win but if you can make Siegfried work he's great too.

Yeah I was thinking the same too since I am a execution junky.
Siegfried doesn't have much execution except iag:A but I can pull it off with relatively ease. Also Cervantes pretty much has tools for everything.

My main gripes with Sieg are mobility and lack of safety during stance transitions. His BnB is all that keeps me entertained.
