The best thing to do is ask for help. There's no shame in doing that. I would tell you my scrubby experiences on what I do against Violas, but it wouldn't suffice until you've calmed down.

Well, I don't know anything of them. However, I usually like utilizing GIs and spacing. At long range, the orb won't hurt you as long as you step a lot. I mean, most Viola scrubs I meet love to use 3B, 1K, 6B+K orb set-ups. Find out their functions and apply anti.
