If you are down and commit to guarding low in anticipation of a 4A+B or another blockable low, you won't have time to interrupt 2A+B by the you realize she's doing it (I guess it wasn't clear I meant when they're used as oki).

They're both slow as fuck and easy to see coming. The only way she's gonna actually land it is if she starts it before you get up, wherin you don't do anything, and it simply sends you far backward with minimal damage. And yes, yiu should have time to just do a FC K or jump while she's readying it.

That's part of the problem - staying down to take the bomb means you can't block whatever other low move she decides to do instead, and once you've committed to doing anything other than lying there you're in the blockable/unblockable mixup. That being said, I've had some luck with teching back lately, though it may require the Natsu player to screw up and begin the bomb a few frames late or try it from too far out.
