Yeah, it's a fan made mod from Brawl that is honestly better than all other versions of smash. There's tons of depth, constant patches and updates to balance the game, and a pretty large and great community to go with it. You'd be able to find an offline scene basically anywhere.

I'll look into it, don't have a wii but might be able to get one for cheap from my cousin.

You could get a Wii for about 100 now I think, but yeah I promise you'll love the game if you enjoy competitive fighting,
