Playing versus AI is unreasonble if you at least average skilled player.You can just spend some time to practice various situations and punishments agains AI nothing more.

AI has many exploitable holes, such has most of Viola's moveset, Leixia 6BbB, Natsu PO B and probably many others. It generally doesn't simulate a player very well.

I'm pretty great man. But seriously, fighting AI helps if you don't know basic strings I guess, but anything past that won't really be teaching you anything.
