I used to do that, kept getting GS K, it was a hard decision but I mapped B+K to L1, replacing A+B, I now do UB cancels manually

I know I'm Siegfried but mine are:
L1 A+B L2 A+B+K R1 B+G R2 B+K
I think for most characters those are the only four binds you really need, and the order is a matter of preference. This is assuming you're not playing someone finger-twisting like Hilde or Yoshi
