    So the company didn't want to pay the rent increase despite us bringing in a decent profit so they've closed us down. Redundancy. Great.

    We made profit, sure not as large as some stores but it wasn't the worst, but due to "projected increased traffic" in the centre where we worked, they upped the rent. Obviously Head Office weren't pleased about this and have managed to fight it off for a period but, yeah.

    The profit we would've made taking on board the increased rent wouldn't be "justifiable" - Though to me slim profits are better than no profits.
