    I'm always hesitant to suggest BT B+K:B on this site simply because while i love the damn thing it has this nasty habit of flat out whiffing on block. The B+K will connect and the guard break will breeze merrily through the air as they relocate your vital organs.

    I can see use for Raph, Aeon, and Zwei CE's. Even if it's mostly just combo fodder. I'm curious as to why voldo's is higher though when i cant ever see a time i'd want to use his CE over BE's. Noting that i suck with voldo.
