Setsuka's special ability will be either landing a certain number of aGI's *OR* being in soul charge will make it so you no longer need to perform just frames. Her super will basically work like aPat where it can combo from 2A. Watch.

Basically, Talim's RE cancel got nerfed by a universal change. This also benefits Ivy and 2B honestly. It benefits a lot of people by forcing conservative usage.

It says that the amount you gain from RE was reduced so idk. Serpent's embrace is much more useful now outside of this *two bar* combo. 66K(K) is buffed, you can throw out a super in stance as a failsafe of sorts if someone is behind you and it pushes them back if blocked.
