Honestly, I don't think viola is all too unlikely, nor do I think zwei is. I wouldn't be surprised for viola to rock up, in fact I kind of see it coming. I still think Yun, Viola Rock is super likely, and I'd like to see Aeon as well.

It depends, is it the art or is it the actual model? The art is a lot darker in comparison to the other characters, which definitely makes it a bit more noticeable. And hair colour can make a huge difference. There are people I wouldn't be able to recognize without their hair colour
