    Alpha Patroklos matchups discussion

That was what I worked on to being with (and it did help), though during battles it's not been as easy to keep track of that. Will hit the training in a bit and roll with it. Thanks :)

    Just Attacks

The most consistent I've found is (from your previous thread on the subject) rubbing your thumb across the two buttons. I've tried out aPat only once and that's today, and I've gotten the twister down about 60-70% of the time. As for Plinking though, I'm unsure, just keep at it. There appears to...

    Alpha Patroklos matchups discussion

This has helped me enormously, just picked up this guy for the hell of it (I like to be flashy and cocky), and the clarification on which parts of the JF count has improved my inputs. One piece of advice, if you want to get hang of the JF's, try Yoshimitsu. His iMCF has the same input and allows...

    voldo stance change

Voldo makes me panic whenever I learn something new, I've recently got a bit too comfortable with him which led me to becoming predictable. I use A+B for majority of my stance changes, and have developed patterns due to me playing against my friends. Once I learn these new stance changes I will...

    voldo stance change

This is actually brilliant for a casual like me, just when I thought I was getting stale and predictable, I've learned 10 new ways to mix up even more. Thanks man!

    Who Liked SC3?

Despite the complaints, I found the original styles were what made SCIII for me. Dagger being my favourite, nothing says awesome like throwing bombs at your opponent and suplexing them.

The Pokemon Center theme, every time, who knew such a choppy 8-bit loop could bring a nostalgic tear to this man's eye.

    pokemon-best and worst generation

I take it Gamefreak still haven't learned how to make a tolerable looking playable character. What I wouldn't give for some more choice/customisation, I found even in the first and second gens that I loved the look of some of the other trainers more than my own character.

    pokemon-best and worst generation

I actually don't mind gen V as much as I thought I would, the pretty effects and fairly decent storyline in comparison to the last two entries was refreshing, but it just didn't feel like a true Pokemon game. There was something a little odd about it, probably some of the lackluster designs like...

    pokemon-best and worst generation

For me I enjoyed Gen II the best, Gen I being a close second. The second gen seemed to link so seamlessly with the original cast, also the introduction of dark and steel types is always welcome in my book, psychic finally had a decent threat aside from itself and bugs.

    Hey dudes, casual Voldo player.

I've always been a dedicated 2D fighter player, I've spent a lot of time (until the attitude of the regulars got irritating) on SRK as SF4 was my favourite game. Due to friends mainly I have been converted to the realm of 3D, and since SC was a mutual interest I've gotten back into it and with...
