He definitely feels lacking in comparison to other characters, but has strong options available. I kind of wish he had more tools and also what's hurting me the most, being unable to buffer 8WR moves is the worst.

Exactly. That's how I learned to JG as well. Sliding the thumb quickly (on pad) has given me very consistent results, even in tournaments. I think it's all a matter of practice and finding what method works best for you.
Wow, I guess SC3 had more influence than I thought on most of today's top players. I fucking loved it, more than SCII. It awakened me and many of my friends "sixth" senses at fighting games in general.
I'm pretty sure I was able to land 2B BE after GIing some A's with A+B. Not the launching animation of course, but the one causing a crumple stun. I think there has to be some proximity to the wall.
