@FleshMasher PO 2B does not lock into PO automatically. You can either do PO 2B 4 to go back into PO, or you can do PO 2B and just go back to neutral.

Great post, thanks very much for putting this together! Overall, Dr. Hates's tier list was the closest match to my own tier list with good (even if arguable) explanations. The lol troll award goes to the Maxi main, who said Maxi has no bad match-ups, putting his character in D-tier.
