Maybe Yan Wujin only wanted a male child, which was why he had Leixin after Leixia. Since Leixin was more intellegent too, he saw no purpose for Leixia and couldn't be bothered. Kind of cold, but maybe possible together with what the above poster said about Yan Wujin not being able to take...

The only NPC I ever wanted to play as was Siegfried in his Soulcalibur IV armour in Soulcalibur V, like the enemy in quick battle, if that counts. I never found any of the backstory characters interesting in a combat sense.

Well it's free and we already know it has no multiplayer, so I have little confidence that it will be any good, even with more time. In my opinion, they should take the extra time to work Soulcalibur VI to ensure that it is a great game when it comes out. But then again, the quality of this game...

I find it odd that they would include Pyrrha and Sophitia but neither Leixia nor Xianghua.

Seeing as they were aiming for December, I can't see it coming out after February. I was very disappointed by Namco's delay, more so for Ace Combat: Infinity.

I doubt it. Considering it works in the move list, I expect that it would only freeze for the player using it. Someone should test it and post the result.
