That's what happens when you disappoint half of your playerbase. Hardcore tournament players may be pleased, but you can't only do a game for them and hope it will end well. Maybe SCV was an attempt to make extra money with minimum effort before dropping the series. Who knows.

SC2+3 feel really classic. Expecially 2. With the 3D characters approaching and say a line. I hate that SCV card nonsense.

Are the dragon and the wolf head on the DLC pack or unlocked?

If DLC characters will be available I guess they will go in the Dampierre slot. But I don't know, maybe the CaS things and music will be our only DLC and nothing more...
