10% of OOFMATIC MLG Challenge (PSN/XBL)

Ooofmatic

World Warrior
As some of you may know I will be flying all the way from Canada to Anaheim California for the MLG Spring Championships this June.

What none of you know is that I hate money and I want to give some away. 10% to be exact.

Here's the deal, I'm training hard to do well at MLG. But I want more. I want people gunning for me online. So I'm putting up some incentive.

I'm issuing a challenge, this winner of the challenge will get 10% of what I win at MLG.

Here's what you will get depending on my placing:

1st: $600
2nd: $360
3rd: $240
4th: $160
5th: $100
6th: $100
7th: $55
8th: $55

Here's how the challenge works:

- Schedule a fight with me by messaging here on 8wayrun (Put "10% of OOF" in title), Facebook (Matic D. Oof), or on XBL/PSN.

-We schedule a time for us to play a first to 21. Let's hope you have the stamina for it.

-By May 31st the person with the best score against me will win the challenge and get 10% of my MLG winnings.

-If you feel you can do a better record against me you can re-issue the challenge but it will void your previous score.

-If by May 31st there is a tie, the two players must do a first to 7 under my supervision. If more than 2 tie there will be a round robin.

-If the top two tied are on seperate platforms (X360/PS3), the payout will be split 5% each.

-Paypal is required for me to send you the money.

-Stats will be kept hidden until May 31st. If it is found that you revealed your score to anyone it will be considered void.

-This challenge is open to North Americans only with good connections. We'll do a short practice run to test the connection prior to the ft21.

-I have the right to cancel a challenge match if the connection gets too laggy or drops too often.

-If I get 10-0 on you during the ft21, the challenge will end and you can re-challenge another day.

-CaS are banned.

I wrote this on my phone so I may revise and make some edits later.

Here's your chance for some free money. Sure, it will all be for nothing if I don't get top 8, but I'm not planning to travel accross the continent from Canada to Cali just to not get top 8.

GOOD LUCK!

So far one challenge has been played and it ended in a 10-0. Other challenges are being scheduled. Anyone else want to step up to the plate?

If my internet behaves I'll be in on this. I don't have paypal but I can always just get at you for one of the Toronto monthlies for the cash.

I'm down for this. Not sure how good our connection would be though. I'll send a challenge closer to May 31 when I have already moved (and hopefully have a better networking setup).

Alright, so some challenges have been completed. There is currently someone in the lead with a score against me.

I'll reveal all the final scores, along with the winner on May 31st.

In the meantime it's kind of difficult to keep track of all the people requesting to play me, so please contact me by sending a message directly on PSN or XBL. From there we'll set up a schedule. I can probably only do 1 or 2 challenges a day, as they can take 1 - 2 hours.

New rule: If you don't have time for a FT21, we can do 3 FT7's, but the score will carry over. Again you'll have until May 31st to complete them.

So far as FT21's are coming in the scores are looking pretty interesting.

Hint: No one has yet to beat me in a FT21. :)

I'd love to try my hand against an MLG participant, even though I'll most certainly go 0/10.

If you're ever online late at night for the next three weeks I should be available. I'll send you a message sometime.
