3rd Outfits for Siegfried, Nightmare and Cervantes?

I was watching a couple of videos of Soul Calibur V gameplay, and I noticed that some Nightmare had his outfit from Soul Calibur IV, along with Siegfried. Cervantes' one, I don't recognize which game it's from but it is still neat.
Is it only available for certain high ranked players, or is there some sort of trick?

you can only use those if you are playing on xbox 360

Yes. But you can't get them in game or through any legitimate means so...
