Double Elim.
Default Time
Default Soul Gauge
3/5 rounds per game 2/3 games per match (3/5 games for finals)
Loser can change character between games, winner cannot

Banned:
Console Specific, Custom, and Bonus Characters
Ivy's WS B Infinite
Any obvious glitches
