Dammit! that avatar prevents me from saying anything harsh....

Tira: The 1st one is kinda random, the 2nd one looks cool, very Cleopatra-ish.
Leixia: The 1st one is nice for a light armored look, i dunno what the 2nd one is supposed to be...a cute ninja? But the colors on those 2 are pretty intense so try to desaturate those a little.
Phyrra: This one looks very nice, i like your use of soft colors on her.

Btw i noticed that you are using the PS3 you could make better screenshots by using the PS3's screenshot feature.
Any time during character creation mode, press Home, go too photo and scroll down until you see "Save Screenshot".

You could post your characters in spoiler tags as well if u want, like these:
